I have a sense of humor. It’s a dark and ironic one, one I use as a defense mechanism more than anything else. Lurking behind this focused mind is a personality which finds poetry in chaos, and I’m glad to have been able to expose that part of myself through my writing. I don’t have the confidence to do so in real life. Certainly, I’ve put on such a serious, stable front that it tends to proceed me in the agency. And most of the time, it’s a relief to be able to come online and say whatever I want, without fear of social repercussion. Having grown fairly secure in the idea of dumping many of my inner thoughts into a web log somewhere, I’d like to abandon both my haughty, focused front, and my cynical, sarcastic front, and share my thoughts. If you don’t wish to read it, you are in no way obliged to.
